Scope of Application:

Usage Method:
1. Equipment cleaning: Drain old oil → Steam blow stagnant oil or pre-wash with water → Clean with KD-L211 Coke Cleaner/Special Coking Plant Coke Remover → Drain. Principle: Since coke scale is a complex mixture primarily composed of organic matter, adhering to metal surfaces mainly through van der Waals physical adsorption, the "chemical cleaning method" is used to dissolve the tar in organic solvents, naturally removing it as the organic matter dissolves. This cleaner has strong cleaning power and is not greatly affected by temperature; it can be used at room temperature. After cleaning, the cleaner can be clarified, filtered, and reused by adding an appropriate amount of surfactant and additives. Residues can be mixed with coal for combustion, reducing costs and environmental pollution.
2. Oil pipeline cleaning: Drain the waste oil from the pipeline, then slowly pour an equal volume of Shandong Kaidi Brand KD-L211 Coke Cleaner/Special Coking Plant Coke Remover concentrate from the pipeline inlet. Circulate for 4-6 hours depending on the thickness of the carbon deposit, then drain the cleaning solution. After draining, no rinsing is needed; new oil can be added directly for operation.
